Batch Feed Grinding

Typical applications include blocks, edgings, particleboard, pallets (including nails), pallet scrap, rippings, trim ends and corrugated boxes.

Discharge can be configured as pneumatic pickup using a separate fan and motor, side discharge with an integrated screw conveyor, or gravity drop.

The LRW-J has an 11” cutting circle made of tool steel cutting inserts secured to low profile tooth blocks which are bolted to a solid steel shaft.
